Olivier is very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with enquiries and requests. Tomarlin Views 1 is a fantastic property with everything you need for a group stay at the snow. Great location only a short walk to Friday Flat, super-comfy beds, lovely living area and well-equipped kitchen. 3 enclosed bedrooms each sleeping two and a loft area with 3 x single beds and two fold-out sofas.

Well set up with essential kitchen items and cleaning gear. Appreciated clothes washing powder provided specific to machine in the lodge. I found online payment instalment system very trying - it is not user friendly for iPads. Thank goodness for wonderful staff whom I would phone up and they would assist me ( Alistair, Fenella)

Excellent system. Loved the coded door rather than having keys. Suggest info on website re hire of cots, high chairs etc at Jindabyne be removed promptly. This took me several calls to resolve. We appreciated the ease of booking online plus prompt provision of door code upon arrival. Prompt response of Housekeeping to a small matter we had was much appreciated. We enjoyed the quiet yet central location of the Lodge and ease of access to child focussed activities e.g. The Crèche, Friday Flat etc.

The location was great and the apartment was fantastic. Everything was perfect. I also loved that we were notified of the road closure of Alpine way before we left home. Modern, immaculately clean, great facilities - would definitely book again next year.
