Welcome to Wintergreen 3

Wintergreen 3 is a well presented 1 bedroom apartment backing onto beautiful bushland. The apartment includes a underfloor heating throughout, all kitchen amenities and a deck opening onto the bush.
It has everything a couple could need for a holiday in the mountains.

Living Area

The comfortable open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seating 4 guests and a lounge area with doors opening onto the deck and bushland.


This apartment has one bedroom

  • Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – king size bed.

  • In the lounge there is a sofa bed.


Wintergreen 3 is located just off village super trail, in the Crackenback Ridge area of Thredbo. Travelling from the village towards the golf course along Friday Drive, take the turning to the right after the Village Green and duck pond. The property is the second building on the right after turning into Crackenback Drive after passing the Crackenback Ridge entrance.


There is a lovely deck area opening straight out onto bushland. Located on the deck is a BBQ and outdoor dining setting giving you the chance to sit down and enjoy the fresh air and possible spot some wild life.

For skiers !

Skiers can choose whether to hop on a shuttle bus that stops nearby. The bus will deliver them to the ski lifts and ski school. Alternatively skiers can walk a short distance and jump on the Village Trail and ski down to Valley Terminal. At the entrance is a bench where ski boots and skis can be removed and stored as well as a drying cabinet.

In the summertime

Directly over the road from Wintergreen 3 is Thredbo’s 9 hole golf course. Only minutes away are a variety of mountain bike trails ranging from beginner to advanced. You can also catch a chair lift and walk to the Kosciusko (the top of Australia). Tennis courts are available near the Valley Terminal. For those who prefer to take it easy, they can wander into the village and enjoy a coffee or meal or just soak up the fresh air and beautiful scenery.

What its near to...

Directly over the road is Thredbo Golf Course. Within 100m either direction is a shuttle bus stop. Within a short walk are restaurants or approx. .5km away is Thredbo Village.

Property Location Map

Wintergreen Apartments Thredbo are located on Crackenback Drive Crackenback Ridge Thredbo.

Directions to Wintergreen would be when coming from Jindabyne to take the 1st Thredbo exit off the Alpine Way. After taking the exit follow this road for 2 kilometers, you will pass Friday Flat (on your right, this road is now Friday Drive The Thredbo Servo (on your left ) the Thredbo Alpine Hotel (on your left) and you will then travel under a footbridge before you see the Village Green on your left.

Follow the road around the village green (see map below) and take the first right hand turn off Friday Drive over Thredbo River, you are now in Crackenback Drive. Follow this road up the hill and just after the Black Diamond apartments on your right take the FIRST right hand turn into the driveway just prior to the Wintergreen building. The car parking space (no garage) for Wintergreen 3 is near the front door.

"Very friendly booking staff...."

Very friendly booking staff who make booking easy and they return calls and emails quickly We visit Thredbo in summer and Winter and always use the team at Discover Thredbo who are amazing, great accommodation choices, properties always clean, friendly to talk to and helpful with village information. Properties are always clean, welcome back is a nice touch
